James 5:7
Be patient, then, brothers, until the Lord's coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop and how patient he is for the autumn and spring rains.
Patience in his plan and not trying to PUSH to make it happen myself. Boy is that difficult. Boy oh boy! How do we make a life day in and day out wondering if it will rain, or wondering if it will be too dry? I guess that is called worry. We aren't to worry. We are to work and be in him. The farmer has to work the land, but has to wait for rain and harvest. But, he's still working at what he can do.
Thank you God for this verse. It was eye opening this morning.
